For over 25 years, I devoted myself to the corporate world, leading in Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, and Workplace Health & Safety. I was recognised for my drive, my dedication, and my ability to create change. But behind the achievements, there was always a quiet restlessness I couldn’t shake.
I kept chasing fulfilment - new roles, bigger challenges, different environments. No matter what I achieved, the emptiness lingered. Eventually, I hit rock bottom and realised the truth: what I was searching for wasn’t a new job. It was me.
I had silenced my spiritual side. I’d ignored the deeper questions tugging at my soul: Who am I? Why am I here? What am I here to share? That moment of reckoning ignited my journey home to myself.
Over the past eight years, I’ve walked a profound path of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. Today, I blend Human Design, spiritual coaching, and breathwork to help women break free from fear, shame, and burnout, and return to their most authentic, magnetic selves.

Using Conscious Connected Breathwork and other intuitive techniques, I’ll guide you to gently release what’s been held in your body - stress, emotion, or energetic blocks - and open space for clarity, calm, and expansion.
Each session is uniquely tailored to your needs in the moment. Some are deeply emotional and clearing; others are grounding and restorative. Together, we create a safe, sacred space for you to reconnect with your truth, trust your body’s wisdom, and awaken your natural vitality from within.

This is your space to slow down, soften, and listen inward - to release tension, regulate your energy, and cultivate deep inner stillness. The Lab isn’t about pushing or performing; it’s about allowing.
