There are no pre-recorded modules to watch at 11pm when you finally get a moment to yourself. No workbooks that sit in your downloads folder untouched. No information without integration.
The Alchemy Circle is a live, intimate, small-group coaching container – limited to five women – where real transformation happens in real time. Where you are genuinely coached, genuinely witnessed, and genuinely held by a community of women doing exactly the same work.
This is where the knowing becomes the living.
The Three Pillars
1. The Path – A Clear Journey From Stuck to Sovereign
You don't need more information. You need a structured process that meets you where you are and walks you through what actually needs to shift – step by step, layer by layer, without skipping the parts that matter.
The Alchemy Circle is built around four phases of transformation. Each phase builds on the last, creating a journey that is both deeply personal and powerfully guided.
Phase 1: Foundation & Safety (Weeks 1–4)
Creating the Container for Transformation
Before anything can change, you need to feel safe enough to let it. This phase establishes the foundation – nervous system regulation, inner safety, and the groundwork for everything that follows.
Phase 2: Reclamation & Clearing (Weeks 5–7)
Clearing What Isn't Yours
This is the excavation. Identifying the beliefs, patterns, and adaptations that were never yours to carry – and beginning to set them down. This is where the real work lives.
Phase 3: Embodiment & Integration (Weeks 8–10)
Living Your Truth Daily
Understanding your truth is one thing. Embodying it in your daily life, your relationships, your decisions, your body – that's another. This phase bridges the knowing and the living.
Phase 4: Mastery & Sustainability (Weeks 11–12)
Becoming Your Own Guide
The goal was never to need me indefinitely. This final phase is about anchoring what you've built, trusting what you now know, and leaving with the tools to keep choosing yourself – long after the 12 weeks end.
2. The Expansion – The Power of Being Witnessed
There is something that happens inside a group container that simply cannot happen in isolation.
When you hear another woman name the exact thought you've been afraid to say out loud – and you realise you are not alone in it – something releases. When you witness someone else choose herself, even when it's terrifying, something in you recognises that you can too. When you are held accountable by women who genuinely see you – not the performing version of you, the real one – you stretch beyond where you would ever go alone.
This is The Expansion. Not a passive audience. Not a class. A small, intentional circle of women doing real work together – witnessing and being witnessed in equal measure, expanding each other simply by showing up honestly.
Five women. That's it. Because five is intimate enough for everyone to be truly seen, and powerful enough for the group dynamic to do what it does best – hold you, reflect you back to yourself, and remind you why you started on the days when you forget.
3. The Community – Where Transformation Actually Sticks
Change that happens in isolation often doesn't last. Change that happens in community – supported, witnessed, and sustained by real connection – does.
Every woman who enters The Alchemy Circle becomes a member of The Alchemy Collective – a private community space that doesn't end when the 12 weeks do.
Your membership in The Alchemy Collective is included for 12 months following the conclusion of the program. This is intentional. Because the integration period – the months after the container closes – is often where the real test begins. Life gets loud again, old patterns knock on the door, and having a community of women who genuinely know your journey becomes not just supportive but essential.
Inside The Alchemy Collective you'll find:
The community space – where you continue to be seen, held, and supported by the women you've walked through this with. The relationships built inside The Alchemy Circle don't have to end when the program does.
Guest wisdom and teachings – carefully curated voices and topics that enrich and deepen the work you've begun.
Live calls with me – because your growth doesn't stop at week 12, and neither does my investment in it.
A growing resource library – replays, practices, short courses, and tools that build in value over time. The longer you're in, the richer it becomes.
After your included 12 months, you'll have the option to renew your membership and continue as part of The Alchemy Collective. By that point, you'll know exactly what's inside and whether it's a yes for you. No pressure, no obligation – just a genuine invitation to keep going if it still feels right.
And as each round of The Alchemy Circle runs, The Collective grows. Women from different cohorts connecting, learning from each other, and building something that extends far beyond any single container.

This Is the Work I Wish I'd Had
I built The Alchemy Circle because when I was going through my dark night of the soul, I needed something like this, and it didn't seem to exist anywhere I looked.
I know what it feels like to perform competence while quietly falling apart inside. To be the reliable one, the capable one, the one who holds everything together while my own cup runs completely dry. To look at a life that should feel like enough – and feel the hollow ache of knowing it isn't. To feel lost and unsure of what my purpose in life is.
I also know what it took to start choosing differently. And I know it's not linear, it's not finished, and some days the old patterns come roaring back. I don't pretend to have all the answers. What I bring to this work is 27 years of corporate experience, a toolkit of modalities that goes far deeper than surface-level mindset work, and the lived knowledge of someone who has walked through the fire my clients are standing in front of right now.
That lived experience is not a weakness in my credibility. It is the entire foundation of my authority.
My qualifications include certifications in Breathwork, Advanced Human Design, Spiritual Life Coaching, Soul Purpose Coaching, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Yin Yoga, Nervous System Regulation, and Spiritual Alchemy, alongside study in Kabbalah, Internal Family Systems, and Universal Laws.

The Investment
Founding Round: $1,997 AUD
This is the founding round of The Alchemy Circle – offered exclusively to my existing community before this container opens to the world. Applications Close 13 July.
What that means for you: you get access at a founding member rate that will not be available again. What that means for me: I get to walk this journey with five women who are genuinely invested, gather real feedback throughout, and refine the experience before Round 1 opens in early 2027.
This includes your full 12-week program, your Human Design reading, and 12 months post-program membership to The Alchemy Collective.
Payment plans are available. Because the right container shouldn't be inaccessible simply because of timing.
In exchange for the founding rate, I'll be asking for your honest reflections throughout the program and a testimonial at the end – if it lands for you the way I believe it will. That's not a transaction. That's a partnership.

The Application Process

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have done a lot of inner work to join The Alchemy Circle?
No – and honestly, this question tells me more about you than you might realise. The fact that you're asking it probably means you've already done some work, you're self-aware enough to wonder if you're ready, and you care about showing up genuinely rather than just taking up space. That's exactly the kind of woman this container is built for.
You don't need to arrive with all your layers already peeled back. You just need to arrive willing. The Alchemy Circle will meet you exactly where you are.
What if I've never heard of Human Design, breathwork, or spiritual alchemy?
No prior knowledge required – of any of it. Part of what makes The Alchemy Circle different is that these aren't concepts you'll be taught and left to apply on your own. They're tools that will be woven into our live sessions in real time, in ways that are relevant to your specific journey. You'll receive a full Human Design reading as part of the program, so even if you've never encountered it before, you'll come to understand yourself through it in a way that feels genuinely useful rather than overwhelming.
What if I can't make a live call?
The honest answer is – the live calls are where the magic happens. Being present, being coached in real time, witnessing the other women in your circle and being witnessed by them – that's the work. That's not something a replay can fully replicate, and I want to be upfront about that.
That said, life has its own plans sometimes. If you genuinely can't make a session, all calls are recorded and placed inside The Alchemy Collective so you won't miss the content. But I do ask that live attendance is your genuine intention and commitment coming in, not the exception. This container works because the women inside it show up for it – and for each other.
What time are the calls, and can I express a preference?
All calls are held on Queensland time (AEST – no daylight saving, which means no clock confusion for our interstate friends). When you submit your application, you'll be asked to share your availability across two proposed time slots. Once the five women are confirmed, we'll land on the time that works best for the group. I can't guarantee your preferred slot, but I will do everything I can to find a time that genuinely works for everyone – because a container only works if the women inside it can actually show up.
How is this different from therapy or counselling?
This is a coaching and transformational container, not a clinical service. What that means practically is that we work with where you're going, not just where you've been. The modalities I use – breathwork, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems, Human Design, spiritual alchemy – are powerful tools for self-discovery, pattern recognition, and embodied transformation. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are currently in acute crisis or working through complex trauma, I would encourage you to have that clinical support in place alongside this work, or to wait until you're in a more stable place before joining. This container is deep. You deserve to be resourced enough to receive it fully.
How much time do I need to commit outside of the weekly calls?
The weekly 90-minute live call is your anchor point. Outside of that, you'll have resources, practices, and integration tools between sessions – but this isn't a program that demands hours of homework every week. What it does ask for is a genuine willingness to sit with things. To notice. To practice. The integration often happens in the in-between moments – in the shower, on a walk, in the pause before you respond. You don't need hours. You need presence.
Is there a payment plan available?
