For over 25 years, I devoted myself to the corporate world, leading in Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, and Workplace Health & Safety. I was recognised for my drive, my dedication, and my ability to create change. But behind the achievements, there was always a quiet restlessness I couldn’t shake.
I kept chasing fulfilment - new roles, bigger challenges, different environments. No matter what I achieved, the emptiness lingered. Eventually, I hit rock bottom and realised the truth: what I was searching for wasn’t a new job. It was me.
I had silenced my spiritual side. I’d ignored the deeper questions tugging at my soul: Who am I? Why am I here? What am I here to share? That moment of reckoning ignited my journey home to myself.
Over the past eight years, I’ve walked a profound path of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. Today, I blend Human Design, spiritual coaching, and breathwork to help women break free from fear, shame, and burnout, and return to their most authentic, magnetic selves.

High-performing teams don't fall apart because people aren't smart enough or working hard enough. They fall apart because nobody taught them how to lead themselves.
You've got technically brilliant people in leadership roles who were promoted because of what they know – not who they are under pressure. You've got team members who can't quite say what's wrong, but the tension is there in every meeting room, every email chain, every conversation that didn't quite happen.
The stress is real. The communication breakdowns are real. The women carrying more than their share while wondering if they're the problem – that's real too.
And the standard corporate training responses? A half-day on communication styles. A wellness lunch. A resilience webinar that everyone sits through politely and then forgets about it by the time they get back to their desk. I know because I’ve attended all these and more in my corporate life.
Your people deserve better than that. I know that. You know that.
Tina isn't coming into your organisation as an outside observer with a PowerPoint slide and a wellness agenda. [although those exist too!]
She spent 27 years inside corporate environments – State Government, universities, schools, and private enterprise – in middle management and senior leadership roles. She knows what it feels like to manage complex teams under pressure, to navigate institutional politics with limited resources, to be the calm person in the room while running on empty.
She also knows what it costs – to the individual, to the team, and to the organisation – when nobody addresses what's actually going on beneath the professional surface.
Colleagues who worked alongside Tina describe her as someone who "brings calm into chaos, manages complexity without losing her humanity, and has a way of making people feel genuinely supported even in the most pressured environments." That quality isn't something she developed in a training room. It's something she lived, tested, and refined across nearly three decades of real organisational life.
Today, Tina brings that lived understanding together with her qualifications in breathwork, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed coaching, and leadership development – to create workshop experiences that are practical, honest, and genuinely useful.
Not another box to tick. An actual shift.
Tina's qualifications (outside the corporate world) include: Certificates I & II in Breathwork, Advanced Human Design, Spiritual Life Coaching, Soul Purpose Coaching, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Nervous System Regulation, and Yin Yoga.
Each workshop is a focused half-day experience designed to create real, measurable shifts in how your people show up – for themselves, for each other, and for the work. All workshops are available as standalone sessions or as part of a tailored program. Pricing starts from $1,500 for a half-day session.
For teams and leaders navigating high-stress environments
Let's be honest – telling people to "manage their stress better" without giving them actual tools is just performance. This workshop is the practical alternative.
Under Pressure is a half-day workshop built around one central question: what happens in your body when pressure hits, and what can you do about it in real time?
Using breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques, your team will leave with tools they can use before a difficult meeting, during a high-stakes conversation, and on the days when everything dumps on their desk all at once. This isn't about making stress disappear. It's about building the capacity to move through it without it moving through you.
Your team will leave with:
An understanding of how stress physically affects their performance and decision-making
Practical breathwork tools they can use immediately – in the office, before a presentation, in the middle of a hard week
A shared language for stress and regulation that normalises the conversation across the team
Increased capacity to stay present and effective under pressure rather than reactive and depleted
This workshop is particularly valuable for: teams in high-demand environments, leaders managing significant change or uncertainty, and organisations experiencing elevated absenteeism or burnout indicators.
For leadership groups and senior teams
Most leadership development programs teach people what to do. This one focuses on who they are – because that's where leadership actually lives.
The most common leadership failure Tina has witnessed across 27 years in corporate environments is not incompetence. It's the technically brilliant person who was promoted without anyone ever developing them as a human leader. Someone who is exceptional at their craft, promoted for that excellence, and then left to figure out the human side on their own.
Lead From the Inside Out is a half-day workshop that creates space for the conversation most leadership training avoids entirely – the one about self-awareness, self-leadership, and what it actually takes to lead other humans well.
Drawing on evidence-based frameworks in self-awareness and leadership identity, participants are guided through an honest exploration of their own patterns, triggers, and leadership edges – and given practical tools to close the gap between how they intend to lead and how they actually show up.
Your team will leave with:
Genuine insight into their own leadership patterns and how those impact their team
Practical frameworks for self-regulation and self-leadership under pressure
The ability to distinguish between reacting from stress and responding from clarity
A stronger foundation for leading with both authority and humanity
This workshop is particularly valuable for: newly promoted leaders, senior leadership teams experiencing friction or misalignment, and organisations investing in leadership pipeline development.
For teams and leaders
Here’s a familiar scenario. The conversation that keeps getting rescheduled, or happens badly, or doesn't happen at all — and then costs the team three months of bubbling tension.
Most communication training focuses on the words. What to say, how to frame it, which model to follow. But the reason hard conversations go sideways isn't usually the words – it’s the nervous system state of the people having them. When we're dysregulated, we don't communicate. We defend, deflect, attack, or shut down.
The Conversation You've Been Avoiding is a half-day workshop that addresses communication breakdown at the root – by helping people understand their own physiological responses to conflict and giving them practical tools to regulate before and during difficult conversations, not just in the debrief afterwards.
The result is teams who can have honest, respectful conversations even about hard things – without it becoming a performance, a battle, or something everyone quietly hopes someone else will handle.
Your team will leave with:
An understanding of why hard conversations feel hard - and what's actually happening physiologically in those moments
Practical tools for self-regulation before and during difficult conversations
A shared framework for honest, respectful communication that the whole team can reference
Increased psychological safety - the confidence that it's actually okay to say the real thing
This workshop is particularly valuable for: teams experiencing communication breakdowns or conflict, organisations navigating change or restructure, and leaders who know they're avoiding conversations they need to have.
A women's leadership and development workshop
There is a specific and largely unspoken experience of being a woman in the workplace. The invisible load. The need to prove competence twice as thoroughly. The way ambition gets punished while compliance gets rewarded. The exhaustion of performing capability while running on the smell of an oily rag.
Carry Less, Lead More is a half-day workshop created specifically for women in leadership and professional roles – not to teach them how to fit better into existing structures, but to help them reconnect with the kind of leadership that is actually sustainable. The kind that comes from knowing yourself, trusting yourself, and no longer outsourcing your authority to everyone else in the room.
This workshop is part professional development, part permission slip. It is practical, honest, and deliberately designed for women who are done pretending the current model is working.
Participants will leave with:
A clearer understanding of the patterns that are quietly draining their energy and authority
Practical tools for nervous system regulation and stress management tailored to the reality of women's workplace experience
Frameworks for self-leadership and boundary-setting that feel natural rather than aggressive
A renewed sense of their own authority - not performed, not justified, simply owned
This workshop is particularly valuable for: women's leadership groups, professional development days for female staff, organisations with a genuine commitment to women's advancement rather than a performative one.

Every team is different. Every organisation has its own culture, its own pressure points, and its own version of "what we don't talk about in meetings."
If none of the workshops above quite fit what your team needs, or if you're looking for something more tailored – a full-day experience, a multi-session program, or a workshop that weaves several themes together – Tina is available to design something specifically for you.
The starting point is always a conversation. Book your complimentary 20-minute Zoom call below and let's figure out what would actually serve your team best.
These workshops are designed for:
SMEs and growing business where the culture is being built in real time and the investment in people pays off fast
Government teams and departments navigating the particular pressure of public sector environments - resource contraints, restructures, and the weight of delivering services under pressure
University and education teams where high-achieving staff are quietly burning out and communication between departments has become transactional at best
School leadership and administration teams managing the relentless demands of school environments with limited support structures
Organisations with a genuine commitment to their people - not ticking a wellbeing checkbox, but actually investing in the humans who make the work happen
If you're an HR Manager, People & Culture Lead, or business owner who has been looking for something that goes deeper than the standard corporate wellness offering – this is probably worth a conversation.
